BUSINESS INFORMATION

Our business name is SDA. Shuey's Designer Accessories. We are based in Northern California, East of Sacramento.
We are an internet based business and do not operate a physical store front. We sell our product both retail and wholesale
through our web-sites at hellsbelts.com and sdawholesale.com and ship world-wide.

PRODUCTS

Our main product lineS are INERT bullet belts and bullet guitar straps.
Our 'bullet items' contain no active components of any kind - no gunpowder, no live primers, just metal -
usually brass, copper, steel and/or coated lead. Their intended use is for display purposes, film production
as a movie-prop, re-enactment, decoration and fashion wear.

Owning a continuous belt is not a problem.Keep this product away from all school yards and other
school facilities. Basically, most if not all public schools in the USA have adopted
a 'Zero Tolerance' policy that means just what it says. Please be sensible.
SDA can in no way re held liable or responsible for your actions.
You are responsible for following the law as it pertains to your ownership where you reside.
SDA is satisfying all U.S. laws and regulations in the sale and export of this product.

"All of our products are completely inert (harmless) and intended for private display for photographic,
theatrical or collector use only". SDA cannot and will not be held responsible for the purchasers
inappropriate use beyond these areas.

In the State of California there exists what is referred to as "Proposition 65". Proposition 65 is the California Safe Drinking
Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986. Any company that operates in California, sells products in California, or manufactures

Since our products are sold in California, Proposition 65 applies to us. So, here is our notice to you concerning most of our products which may contain LEAD;

Please - Keep this product away from all school yards and other school facilities. Basically, most if not all public and private schools in the USA have adopted
a 'Zero Tolerance' policy that means just what it says. Our product looks like real ammunition because they are made from real components from ammunition,
but without the necessary components that make it dangerous. You know that and we know that but a casual observer may not.
Please be sensible. SDA can in no way re held liable or responsible for your inappropriate actions.

Airports

Do not even think about wearing a bullet belt into an airport.
